Fixed regional list prices, not converted from Canadian dollars. Your workspace pays in its billing market, which is set when an administrator first starts a payment and doesn't change when you travel. India and Nigeria pricing needs an eligible account in that region. Card issuers may add their own fees.
Campaign terms
- One campaign covers one role (job), up to 50 unique candidate assessments.
- Each unused or active campaign adds room for up to 50 candidates to join your workspace (for example 150 with three). Candidates who have already joined count toward this room (pending invitations do not), and each campaign still allows at most 50 unique assessments on its own job.
- When a campaign ends or is refunded, candidates who already joined stay; new invitations can be accepted only if room remains.
- A campaign runs for 60 days from when an administrator activates it.
- Unused campaign credits do not expire. The 60 days start only when an administrator activates a campaign.
- No placement or success fee.
- When a campaign ends, candidate records and scores are kept, but no new assessments, re-scores, tailored resume requests or new client links can be made on it. You can always turn off a client link.
- A refund or dispute revokes unused credits and ends any active campaign from that purchase.
- Per candidate in a campaign: one initial score plus up to 2 re-scores, each only after the candidate's attested resume or the job changes; and up to 2 tailored resume requests, the second only after the attested resume or the job changes. Repeating a request that is still being prepared is not counted again and does not start another run.

What stays free
Signing up, uploading and attesting your resume, your daily matches, browsing every active role and the free resume check are all free, with no plan at all.

How is TraceScout different from a job board?
TraceScout complements LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards rather than replacing them. It brings together opportunities from supported job feeds and compares job requirements with your candidate-attested resume. Review strengths and gaps, then use optional tools to prepare an application grounded in your real experience.
Can I explore local and international jobs?
You can explore local and international opportunities available through TraceScout's supported sources, using the existing location filters. Coverage varies by source and country; not every vacancy is included. Check the original posting for requirements. A listing does not guarantee visa sponsorship, work authorization or eligibility to work in that location.

After you review and attest your source resume, TraceScout compares that evidence with job requirements and presents a match score, strengths and gaps. These model-based assessments support your judgment; they are not independent verification of your qualifications. A match does not guarantee an interview, an employer response or a job offer.

No. Job-specific wording must stay grounded in your candidate-attested source resume, without adding unsupported skills, qualifications or achievements. Tailored resumes are checked against that source; unsupported wording must not pass. You review your source information and the prepared resume before using it. This source check is not independent verification of your employment or qualifications.
What can employers do in the Hiring Workspace?
Employers use a separate Hiring Workspace to add real jobs and review participating candidates against job requirements, including internal match results, strengths and gaps. Candidate participation requires invitation and acceptance, and workspace access is restricted to authorized members. These assessments support the hiring team's judgment; they do not make hiring decisions or guarantee outcomes.
I'm an EmployerHow does the Agency Portal work?
Agencies work in a separate portal: invite candidates who accept participation, add clients and real job orders, then score and review candidates internally. Request a tailored resume and wait for its check against the candidate-attested source before generating a client link. The client-facing verification page does not expose internal scores, strengths or gaps.
