Until it is recorded, the written steps below are complete on their own.
Steps
- Open the scored pairing on the candidate's card.
- Read the score as a comparison between the candidate's attested resume and this specific posting.
- Read the strengths as the requirements the attested resume already answers.
- Read the gaps as the requirements it does not currently evidence.
- Decide internally whether to put this candidate forward.
Worth knowing
- The score, the strengths and the gaps are model based decision support. They are not independently verified facts about the candidate.
- None of this appears on the client facing verification page. The client sees the client facing verified resume, not your internal assessment.
- Gaps are useful for your own briefing and for an honest conversation with your client. They are not a reason to reword a candidate's history.
