Until it is recorded, the written steps below are complete on their own.
Steps
- Open the Agency page as an administrator.
- Find Invite a candidate.
- Enter the candidate's email address and create the invitation link.
- Send the link to the candidate yourself.
- The candidate signs in or creates an account, reads the invitation and what it means, and presses Accept this invitation.
- Once accepted, the candidate appears on your Candidates card and can be scored against a job order.
Worth knowing
- A candidate must accept before your agency may work with their attested resume. Consent is part of the flow, not an afterthought.
- The invitation screen names the signed in account and the inviting agency, so a candidate always knows who is asking.
- The Agency plan starts with capacity for 5 candidates. Recruiters and administrators do not count towards it.
- A candidate may leave your workspace without deleting their personal TraceScout account.
